You don’t need to download any software with IRESS it simply runs on any browser. Downloading and installing software is required for the MT4 and MT5 platforms. However you can also trade on the Web Trader platform which requires no download.

For some specific countries, we may be able to accept one of the following documents as the proof of residence document: 1. Confirmation of residential address from their local municipality 2. An additional ID document + the PO Box POR document 3. An employment or rental agreement which includes the residential address 4. A police record or a local tax form
We will require proof of identity and proof of residence for all directors and beneficial owners. We will also require the certificate of incorporation and memorandum of articles of association. If you have an MT4/MT5 account simply request this within the client portal or feel free to email [email protected] with your account number, name and your desired leverage. If you are using the IRESS platform you would have chosen either a leveraged or a non-leveraged account during the application process.
